Softgel Machine;<\/strong> It is an electromechanical machine that fills and seals softgel capsules by creating a hermetic seal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soft gelatin capsules, or softgels, which are easy to swallow and have an attractive, translucent appearance, have become one of the most popular dosage forms for various pharmaceutical products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A softgel is a form of oral dosage that consists of a gelatin-based outer layer that surrounds a liquid filling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It provides convenience especially in the consumption of children’s support products (fish oil, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Gelatin Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The softgel encapsulation process begins with the preparation of the gelatin formulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Basically, this is the outer cover that will seal the capsules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Prepare the Softgel Filling Material<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Softgel is the material you will fill into the capsule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Soft Gelatin Capsule Encapsulation Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The gelatin strips on both sides begin to move towards the processing system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It injects the filling material between the mold rollers, which make a continuous rotational movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rotating formwork system seals the two Softgel strips with filler material by means of a clamping force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, completely insulated softgel capsules are formed, which take the shape of mold cavities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4: Processing the Soft Gelatin Capsules<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the softgel capsules leave the discharge chute, they go to the conveyor system to the dryer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
