Capsule filling machine is customized devices to fill empty capsules. It is also known as encapsulator machine, capsule filler and encapsulation machine.  It can be specially designed to fill tablets, granules, liquids and pharmaceutical ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The machine is optimized according to the characteristics of compact structure, low noise, accurate filling dose, complete functions and stable operation, and GMP requirements. It can complete capsule insertion, capsule opening, filling, rejecting, locking, finished product unloading and module cleaning at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working Principle<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The capsules in the material chamber will enter the capsule assembly perpendicularly when the machine starts to work. Then they are transferred to special cells in the rotor. Here the capsule is separated, then the lower part comes to the filling position. After the lower part is filled with material, the capsules that are not separated in the next positions are discarded, and the filled lower parts are combined with the upper parts, counted and taken to the intake box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
